Globe G12 G Series Manual Meat Slicer, 12" Blade. Reduce food costs and the cost of ownership with Globe's G12 manual meat slicer. The powerful yet quiet 1/2 HP motor drives the 12" blade through meat and cheese up to 2 hours per day. The food chute is positioned at an ideal 35¡ angle that holds product better and minimizes food waste. The 12" knife features a hard chromed, special alloy hollow ground blade that lasts longer and sharpens easier, therefore reducing the cost of ownership. When needed, the top mounted, dual action all-metal sharpener can easily sharpen the blade back to its razor sharp edge. The permanently attached knife ring guard and knife cover interlock guarantee protection to the blade and user during operation. For additional operator safety, this commercial meat slicer also features a No Volt Release Relay and a motor overload protection. Cleaning this unit is easy with the removable chute, slice deflector, knife cover and sharpener. The anodized aluminum construction includes seamless edges and radius corners for increased sanitation.
